Patience Akande is a passionate educator, a relentless advocate for persons with disability, and continuously raises awareness and advocates for inclusive education.

She holds degrees in computer science and in computer mathematics, as well as certificates in special needs education and in dyslexia. Patience has almost two decades of experience teaching students, and adapts her inclusive and engaging instruction styles to empower learners at all levels.

Patience has helped scores of individuals achieve their reading and writing goals, and has created a niche for herself in teaching individuals with specific learning difficulties. She has received several recognitions and awards as an advocate for inclusion.
