Josephine Ehimen is the founder/CEO of Nett Pharmacy. She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Benin and is also a Certified Canadian Pharmacist. She is a Fellow of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, a Member of the Canadian Pharmacists Association and British Columbia College of Pharmacists, Vancouver, Canada. She is also a Certified Natural Products Advisor with the Alive Academy, Canada.

Josephine is a Fellow of Vital Voices Global Partnership, a Fellow of WIMBOARD (an arm of WIMBIZ; Women in Management, Business, and Public Service), a certified business coach with Growth Institute, Austin Texas, a certified public speaker, and trainer with the John Maxwell Leadership Team. Josephine is also an alumnus of the Pan Atlantic University, holds an Executive MBA from Eaton Business School, of the Guglielmo Marconi University Italy, and holds a Certification in Business Strategy Execution from the prestigious Harvard Business School.

She has vast experience practicing as a clinical and community pharmacist both within and outside the country. She opened the first branch of Nett Pharmacy in September 2004 borne out of a passion to contribute her own quota to making a difference in community pharmacy practice in Nigeria. Right from its inception, health and wellness advocacy has always been at the core of the practice in Nett Pharmacy and this has greatly endeared the brand to all its clients who have been loyal to them for the past two decades.

Josephine is a recipient of a couple of awards, amongst which are: the Pharmalliance 2019 Inspiration Award, Association of Community Pharmacist of Nigeria (ACPN) Distinguished Pharmacist Award (2021), Trek Africa Pharmaceutical Personality of the Year (2022), University of Benin Alumni (Lagos) 2022 Award of Excellence, and a special recognition by Guardian Newspaper as one of the 50 Value Driven CEOs of Excellence in 2022, and a Merit Award winner of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, Lagos State 2024.

She is an active facilitator of several business, leadership, and mentorship sessions within and outside the Pharmacy profession. She is also a mentor at WIMBIZ.
